Referral Program Any fully paid member can participate in the program by making a qualified proactive referral. In support of profiling your business, incentives for the members are: - $25 gift card from Vic Square per qualified referral - Refer 3 new members or more for a chance to win $500 cash every February.
Building a Referral A Qualified Referral is defined as a proactively secured new annual member to ERBA. Any ERBA member can approach any business in the City of Regina (you're not restricted to the East side) about joining. After you've made contact with that potential new ERBA member, explain to them the various benefits of ERBA. Don't hesitate to bring them to a luncheon as your guest (you don't need to necessarily buy them their lunch, just invite them to join you for lunch). Once you've gained there 100% approval to join, inform the new member you'll sign them up and that they should expect a phone call and invoice for membership fees to arrive within 5 business days. Complete and fax this form to Aggie Potapinski (fax to 306-352-5455). Aggie will invoice the membership fees. Upon receipt of payment (must be within 30 days), the new member will be contacted to guarantee they're now part of the emailing and newsletter distribution lists. Your benefits will be released when the new member pays their fees. |

Each newsletter and its respective advertising deadlines for 2010 are listed below:

Any fully paid ERBA Member can contribute content to the newsletter. Specifically: Maximum one page for any business or event
Placing an ad must be sized to a ¼ of a page
If you are also attaching a write up, the ad and write up then it must combine to be NO MORE than a half a page.
We would like to see editorial type submissions. Information that is valuable to the membership but that MAY NOT have anything to do with your particular business. If you have something, please submit. We will accept any notice, ad or write up about your event or business. Pictures and Graphics make your submission more eye catching… please send along any logo, photo, etc. to accompany your submission.
Remember, this newsletter goes to ALL ERBA and potential ERBA members. This is a wonderful and FREE way to let us all know what is going on in your world and hopefully help build relationships and increase your business.
